Eligibility for Refunds

We only offer refunds in the following limited situations:

  • If no service has been rendered or started within 48 hours of payment.
  • If your purchase was made in error, and you contact us within 24 hours of payment.
  • If a technical issue on our end prevented delivery of the service, and no suitable alternative or fix can be provided.
